At KigaliCityMarket-Jobs, we aim to provide a seamless experience for both recruiters and talent. Because our services involve immediate digital access and placement opportunities, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our platform.
Job Posting Credits: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if no credits from the package have been used. Once a credit is used to post a job, it is non-refundable.
Performance: We do not offer refunds based on the number or quality of applicants received, or if a position is filled quickly through other means.
Technical Errors: If a technical glitch on our platform prevents your job from being displayed correctly, we will either fix the issue and extend your posting for free or offer a full refund for that specific posting.
Subscriptions: You may request a refund for a Premium subscription within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used "Material Features" (such as downloading premium resumes, sending direct messages to recruiters, or applying to "Premium-only" roles).
Material Use: Any account showing substantial usage of premium tools is ineligible for a refund.
Completed Services: Background checks, resume reviews already conducted, or "featured" boosts once the advertisement has gone live.
